The pool was way too warm as was the pool room. I was expecting something refreshing.
The hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. We had issues with no volume on TV, A/C and room key card, but all were resolved.

Room was not ready until two hours after check in time. I wa yelled at by the desk clerk because he was not maintenence after I had to go to the 4th floor for a working ice machine when our room was on the 1st floor. Will never be back.

The beds were way too high for elderly people, 81 and 83. The shower was slick when the water hit it. The size of the room was very nice. Breakfast had a good selection.
