The room was okay but well below Marriott standards(dirty bathroom floor and very small room)I have been a time share owner since 2001.My biggest complaint is that I was deceived into thinking I made the reservation with the Fairfield Inn, however I later found out it was a third party Booker.I guess it was my fault but they go out of the way to not let you know that your not dealing with the hotel.A short time later I called the hotel and told them I wanted to put the room on Bon Voy points. The hotel agent told me, no problem. It could be handled when we checked in. However,when we got there, they informed me that I couldn't do that because I booked it through a third party.I am very disappointed in Marriott and will be contacting Owner Services when I get the invoice from the third party which I haven't yet. I hope someone reading this cares. DISAPPOINTED.
