I got the most accommodating help for my request of an unforeseen room booking extension.
This site has extremely helpful staff! When we first arrived, Luis helped us into our room with the big cart carrying all our luggage. Then when I went to bring it back down he stopped me in the hall and said he’d bring it down. Later I called to ask about an ADA accessible shower and they unfortunately didn’t have any open rooms for us to switch into. But then they called back a little later and said they went out and bought a shower seat and would bring it up to us after they finished assembling it. We were so grateful!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, breakfast was excellent.
Our room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly, we enjoyed Lisa, she was very bright, positive and friendly! We received great customer service and definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent Breakfast served 6 to 10 AM. Staff courteous and helpful. Rooms clean and well maintained, beds comfortable. I did not hear traffic noise even though I was on the side facing a major four lane highway.
