Me and thousands of others had flights cancelled in Houston (which in my experience is a regular occurrence). I struggled to find a room close to the airport and took this room as my next best option. 25 minutes from the airport I was met with a pleasant surprise. The staff was kind and caring and the room was clean and comfortable. At the end of a frustrating day, I found room room as a splice and was able to get much needed rest.
