Annie was very friendly and took very good care of us. Annie has great customer service, she greeted us each morning and engaged in conversation.
Room was not cleaned on day 2 Towels for only one person Booking stated for two people Asked for extra towels, none brought to us. Shower stall with some dark stains. Not a good experience Elevator for both staff and guests Staff would not wait and allow guests to enter elevayor. Customer service poor.

Easy check in, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a good breakfast. I really did have a wonderful night's sleep.
