First time on a floor 3 in North Tower. No noise from floor above and quiet in my hall. Very nice ambience all around.
The hotel, needs more cleaning around the bottom of the beds to much dusting in all corners the beds needs to be more neat when they made them.

Beach Cafe and bars were good.
unhappy with the hotel overall. lady at the counter that assisted me was rude. Paid for connecting rooms, but received two rooms side by side. Also amenities in the room were falling apart, no microwave in the room and refrigerator looked like a toy. Sink in the bathroom was very dirty and smelly, I had to clean it before using it.
Very good hotel with great service and a beautiful river view!
I enjoyed the people, the welcome that staff provided. I'm not a gambler but I did have fun! The range food was excellent!
Good stay other than the parking warning.
