Staff was pleasant, easy check in and nice clean room as well as follows up text asking if my room was good and could they do anything? Always top notch whenever I stay at a Hampton Inn!
My stay was one of many there. I am on the transplant list at Piedmont Hospital and I will many return trips, which will require me and my wife to visit this hotel again. Many thanks to the staff.

The facility was fine.
Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk agent, LaRene, was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.
We spent the night at this hotel because my husband had an early surgery appt.the morning. The A/C unit kept us awake, very noisy. Charges $75 deposit. We have never been told to give a deposit, even refundable. When we question this were told all Hampton Inns require this and it's usually $5o. This man who was checking us in took a lengthy call in the middle of our check in. Could not sleep, noisy A/C. Man took call after we arrived charged $75 deposit. He was not pleasant.
Everything was wonderful but the breakfast could had been better, but still good.
Loved the staff. The hotel was very nice and clean and breakfast was awesome.
