Enjoyed our stay! We always try to stay at Hampton when we travel.

This was my 3rd or 4th time staying there. Staff are always friendly; rooms comfortable and clean. Rates are reasonable. Convenient location, reasonable and friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean and comfy. The elevator was broken but that allowed me to get my extra steps in. Overall good experience. The general manager went out of her way to accommodate my extra needs.

Upon checkin Daniel and Karin were most helpful and greeted us as Hilton honors guests.

Check in was amazing. The staff member (I didn’t get his name) was extremely friendly and helpful. On the other hand, when we checked out, the girl attending was quite grumpy. The room was perfect. No complaints.

Disappointed that the contractor who installed your new sinks put the faucet on the side, making it impossible to wash your hands. Also, having a brand new sink the stopper did not work. These two items were very disappointing. The room was clean and the breakfast was good as usual.

Your employee Karin Fox was very professional and she went above and beyond to make my husband and I's stay so much nicer. My husband and I stayed here in Asheville for our family reunion and there were about 6 of us that stayed here. We are from Charlotte NC. We will stay here again next year.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. All areas were clean including the pool and hot tub area and outside sitting area.

We had a spur of the moment getaway beach or mountains, we chose mountains. We had a great stay, breakfast was good, room was clean and comfy.

Would have gotten a 5/5 but when we checked in we were told the pool and hot tub were closed. Very disappointing. Other than that we had a great stay, breakfast was good, room was clean and comfy.

The people were amazing and provided excellent customer service. The facility was beautiful, peaceful,and sc clean. We will stay there again!

Room was perfect, front desk people so nice and helpful, breakfast bar has so many varieties of foods and was delicious.

Made reservations upon arrival they told me I couldn’t stay there due to living within 50 mikes of hotel. This was last minute stay as wife unexpectedly ended up in hospital overnight in lieu of outpatient surgery. Policy needs to change for Hilton Honors members. Even manager in duty was a jerk.

Good to have a warm and welcoming place to go to after visiting family and running around Asheville during the holidays especially now after Hurricane Helena.

We enjoyed a brief but memorable stay in Asheville,NC. The hotel has been updated to the most useful components for a nice stay.

We got into the hotel just as the tropical storm began (about 2:00 a.m. Friday morning). We went to bed and by the time we woke up, the storm had done its damage. There was no electricity, no phone service, nothing not even water. We left on Sunday morning. In between, I would have to say that the hotel workers went above and beyond the call of duty in every way to keep us comfortable and informed. I am so grateful for those people and how they looked after us. I am hoping that, once things get back to normal, the hotel can hold a dinner to recognize the efforts of those individuals.
