Bed was comfortable, shower head was great and the height was good. Room was quiet and dark enough, easy to find the hotel.
Every single staff member was courteous, always had a smile and were simply delightful and attentive. Best breakfast for establishments of this size. During a 6 hour power outage in the entire area, the facility's large public avec served as a great space for families to get together and play games. The staff made new arrivals comfortable in this area until they could get them into their rooms. Barbara during the day and Craig at night managed the desk and helped us book additional rooms for arriving family with ease. They were patient, understanding and thoughtfully placed family members in the most appropriate locations.
Clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Friendly staff. We were in a handicapped room very close to elevator. Enjoyed the our stay. Would recommend.
However, I called a local number on the website. Which connected me to a booking agent. I ended up paying much more than going directly thru a hotel clerk. I also had to pay a $32 fee forvthe ability to get a refund for a cancelation. The agent did not allow me to use my honors rate. Quite frankly, I felt ripped off on the total cost of my stay. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.
