Hampton Inn & Suites Birmingham-Pelham (I-65)

All was very clean and good. The gal that checked us in was so attentive. I believe her name was Brenna, Beth. started with a B?.

Check in was helpful and informative. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room was huge! There was a bed, a deck with a chair, and another chair… in a huge room. Should have had a dance party.

I have stayed with this hotel several times and each time it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This time Brooke at the front desk was kind and friendly!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Booked a room on the go as we were traveling through a rain storm with our pet. I thought I was booking through the hotel, but actually was a third party who mislead me on charges. I was told that the $154.00 included our pet and a room on the 1st floor. When we arrived at the hotel It was explained to me that a 3rd party cannot charge for a pet fee. So we had an additional fee of $75. Lesson learned. But the hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I would highly recommend staying there again. Just don’t book through a 3rd party.

Booking with a booking center was horrid! Their system required you to enter credit card information with your phone keypad. What a joke! The employee kept having to do something to the system and I had to keep reentering my number. She,also, talked sooooo fast that I had to keep asking her to repeat the questions. Finally, I exasperatingly told her she needed to slow down. I had to do this several times. After spending about 20 minutes at this, I was finally able to complete my booking at the Pelham Hampton Inn in Alabama. When we arrived we were greeted by Vicky. What a delight. She was very cordial and very efficient. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. If we’re ever through Pelham. Alabama again I would stay again, but I would call the hotel directly. In the beginning, I couldn’t find the direct phone number. I had to call the universal number for Hampton. After my 20 minutes of trying to get booked, I searched the address for the hotel and the number associated with it.

Very nice, newly remodeled hotel. Great service. The check in was seamless and Latisha the evening manager was most helpful and professional.

Brooke was simply wonderful! So warm and welcoming, she made sure we had absolutely everything we could need. Then checking out with Jill in the morning was so great as she was such a positive and friendly person to help us get back on the road. Thanks for everything!

When we came through headed to Florida we stayed the night on 10/31 and it was fabulous! Very clean and beautifully decorated hotel. Breakfast was good.

Extremely nice front desk clerks. Rooms very clean, thermostat worked, beds so comfortable and Wi Fi was great. I have stayed here before and I definitely will stay again. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.
