Nice hotel, but the check in folks, after my hospital stay, were fantastic! St Vincent’s check out was at 10 and I was able to get in my room by 11. The people and place were great.

I’ll definitely be back to this hotel. Everyone I encountered was extremely polite and helpful. I felt very welcome, not just another guest but a friend.
The front desk clerks was so helpful and friendly. They ladies that prepared breakfast was awesome clean and friendly. GREAT STAFF.

My family visited the hotel at the same time and reserved a room within days of each other. They were charged ~$150 yet I was charged over $200but did receive a Vet Discount. I was extremely disappointed in the amount I was charged at this facility. The only reason I was I Birmingham was to attend the funeral of my Sister In Law and to be overcharged is disgusting.
Room was not cleaned. Had to ask front desk for clean towels.
