Staff were very friendly, location is perfect, room was clean.
I enjoyed my stay very much. The no frills atmosphere of the room was calming after a few hour travel. We were given a beautiful welcome gift of a rose and chocolates. That was nice. The sketch pad gave me the impedes to draw. Great place! Food at John J. Jeffries was great too.
Room was late getting ready. Coffee was barely warm at breakfast. Leak in roof soaked my bag and clothes. I could go on.

Highly recommend. Interesting building that is well located. Everyone at the hotel makes you feel welcome.
Repeat patron w/a love of the Arts! Poor rating for the raised rates! and Only a single roll of toilet paper for three registered guess. Had to chase more down. Again, for the rates that shouldn’t be.
Staff wonderful, nothing negative to say.
I know that even in stressful travel situations, I can count on the Arts Hotel to bring me calm, color and joy.
