Hampton Inn is my favorite go to place to stay when I go to Cool Springs, TN. The rooms are spacious and clean. On my visit, the receptionist (K) was friendly and went out of her way to accommodate me, as the reservation was somewhat confusing due to two families with the same name. Thanks, Hampton, for hiring great employees.
The lobby is lovely and so is our room. The staff treated us well.

Everything was great! Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff were courteous and helpful, especially the guy at the front desk. We had a lot of family there and gathered a few times in the lobby and we got a bit loud, but he was fine with it and we had no issues. Our coffee maker in the room didn't work, when I let the desk clerk know he called a Maintenace guy and it was replaced quickly. Would definitely recommend this place!

My experience would have been excellent had it not been for the issues with the television. It was difficult figuring out how to change channels. Additionally, after selecting a channel, it would timeout and cut off. Leaving you to have to go through the process of trying to select a channel.
