Hampton Inn Bellevue / Nashville-I-40 West

After two dark cold nights in my powerless house I took refuge at the Hampton Inn Bellevue in Nashville. The room was clean and well supplied and the full breakfast buffet was just great. .anything you could want and plenty of it. As I needed to extend my stay due to the continued power outage, the staff were kind and professional and were able to move me to another room where I stayed for the rest of the time. During a stressful time, I found the hotel to be a warm and well run place where I could be warm, lay my head, have a nice breakfast and meet many other interesting and kind Nashville neighbors that were in the same situation and who also found a room at this Hampton Inn. I will recommend it to visitors and will certainly stay there again if the need arises for me to be out of my home for a period of time.

Check in and out was effortless, Staff was very good. Breakfast the following morning was tasty and plentiful. Beds and pillows were comfortable and bathroom was roomy and had everything you might need. I couldn't find the remote control, called front desk and he offered to bring one immediately. I spotted the remote before I got off the phone. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Beds were comfy, rooms pretty clean, bathroom needed cleaning around the tub or new caulking and ceiling. Pool was nice and food was food, the staff was great under pressure!

Fortunately we weren’t using the pool because it was terrible. Clumps of green algae on the bottom as well as algae on the walls of the pool. My pool at home NEVER looks like that. I would be mortified if it did. My daughter went to take a shower and there was no water at all, at the sink either. Even though it was for a brief time, we should have been told it was being shut off. I asked at the front desk if this was common for water conservation, she explained they were replacing a filter. I’m also hoping I get my $50 back. I believe they hold it to cover damages, which there were none!

We have been staying at this hotel in Frankfort KY for over 20 years and have had excellent experience. This past weekend was very upsetting. We left our room at 1:00 p.m. on May 16th and saw housekeeping when we left the room. They removed the towels. They did not replace them.. nor did they take our our trash in in waste baskets or make our beds. Also as a result of updating the rooms my wife could not reach the shelf for hand towels and wash clothes and the faucet in the bathroom sink was to short. We have been Hilton Honors members for 20 years (?) and this is the worse experience we ever had. Our # is 900254611.

The property needs updating both inside and out. The lobby is a two out of 10 and the rooms are a four out of 10. The breakfast bar was lean with choices…the fruit was spoiled and the cereal was generic, not the actual brand.

We stayed for just one night, but this was not the first time staying at this location. I have stayed here at Belleview Hampton on multiple occasions while visiting family who live nearby. This location has never failed to be clean, the staff to be helpful and friendly and to have all the amenities we need. We will definitely be returning.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Located in a great area.
