The staff of the Hampton Inn in Batavia was extremely friendly and helpful. This is the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in!
Room was not clean. No towels.
$606 dollars for a two night stay! They don’t even come in to leave clean towels or empty the garbage. We will not be back. We have stayed here several times, the prices and taxes are not worth it. Hope no one needed the handicap room they put us in!
We were very appreciative that our large dog was welcome to come and stay and you had doggy bags and trash cans for us to use as we walked around the freshly mowed lawn. (Please dog owners use them!) In addition, it was a nice room, quiet hotel yet full! w/ great water pressure for shower, friendly staff, good serve yourself breakfast and very relaxing and welcoming. We'll be back. :).
