Welcoming, clean and friendly from start too finish!
I wanted to say the layout leaves a lot to be desired. There's no emergency exit at the end of the bldg except for stairs. Very difficult for seniors and or handicapped.

Knowledgeable, friendly people starting with reservations to check in and checkout. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Great experience!
I hated the carpet and the lighting in the room was very bad.

Great service! Clean rooms! Excellent breakfast! Stayed an extra night because of the snow. Close to lots of restaurants and shops.
Everything was clean and relaxing! Very convenient to Main Street in East Aurora. Walked to the shops, restaurants, theater, etc. Do have a suggestion as the mattress seemed a little off as I was sloped. The pillows also could be a little firmer as a suggestion. But overall, I was happy with the room and the atmosphere of the hotel.
Little pricey, but always top notch. Fall color/ football wknd.
