This is a fantastic property and the staff is so professional and friendly. The breakfast had a variety of options and plentiful.
I travel extensively, both domestic and international, for work and have been doing so for many years. Rarely do I experience as friendly and accommodating staff as I have on my visit. Everyone is well trained, efficient and nice. The facility is spotless and well maintained. If only the five star hotels I stay in could replicate this. Bravo to the management team and staff at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Chincoteague!

Overall an outstanding experience! We forgot my husband’s medication, and they kindly held it for us until we returned to pick it up!
I so love this hotel. Customer service is amazing, the maid staff is very professional and the managerial staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
A simply average experience. Picking nits, I didn't like how Hilton made me join their datamining "club" to receive wi fi and I didn't like the dim, bluish fluorescent bulbs they use by the bed. Otherwise a typical mid price chain experience. I wouldn't hurry back.

We enjoyed a three night stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Chincoteague Waterfront! Most important to me is the CLEANLINESS of the room and hotel. Hampton met those expectations! The staff was VERY FREINDLY and helpful, from the front desk, the manager, the Lady that prepared breakfast and the ladies that care of our room! The indoor pool and hot tub were very enjoyable as well. We will definitely be returning! And I HIGHLY recommend the Hampton Inn and Suites Chincoteague Waterfront! Thank you to everyone!
