Clean room nice staff.
Room is clean. I did not have a hairdryer and my shampoo was empty. I know I could have requested these items but I had shampoo and my hair looks better air dried. I've stayed here before and had a good experience, so that is why I came back. The breakfast is always good. Staff upon arrival was prompt and friendly.

Only bad experience was making the reservation through a 3rd party unbeknown to us. It would have been much preferred if we had contacted the hotel directly. We will never use a 3rd party again. It cost more and was much less than helpful.
I'd stay here again. Clean and comfy. Very convenient to NIU.

Very clean, friendly staff, great continental breakfast, hugely comfy bed. Bathroom was long and pretty narrow but very clean also. My only complaint is I booked online and had no help getting refund for 3rd day. Wasn't their problem. Won't do that again. Great place to stay!
