Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago-North Shore / Skokie

I really enjoy staying at this property…always so clean and comfortable…and upscale. Tracey was on duty! She is SUCH AN AMAZING ambassador for Hilton /Hampton Inn! Made me feel welcome welcome back…thanked me for choosing Hilton…ensured my Hilton Honors # was part of my stay The classy touch is the text asking if everything was good and if there was anything I needed an amazing personal touch!

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Chicago North Shore/Skokie. The hotel staff and service is always consistent. We stay there five to 6 times a year when visiting family.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Comfortable, clean with friendly staff. Great water pressure in the shower which is a must! Love the beds and all the pillows were fabulous ! Wishing I could buy myself a set or two! Will use again for sure!❤️

Very good hotel and service.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left, it was a great experience! The receptionist at the desk, Tracey was so incredible and welcoming. All of the staff in the kitchen were so very helpful and friendly. I needed a maintenance man to come up to the room to fix the adjustable blinds. Oscar came to our room within three minutes and worked patiently to fix the blinds and explain the function of the electrical wall switch. He was super nice. The entire hotel was superb in its cleanliness. The breakfast foods were always plentiful and hot and there was a pretty good variety each morning. We stayed for five nights, we will definitely stay here again when in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel!

All about the front desk, I'm so sorry I don't have her name. She was there both nights till midnight. She gave us restaurants, told us how to take the train to Wrigley Field and all around loved helping, she is wonderful.

we had two unconnected rooms, which was ideal. gave us privacy. Rooms were sparsely furnished, but the towels were excellent and abundant and bed coverings were lush. No amenities other than coffee and tea, Breakfast was abundant. three generations of people enjoyed their stay.
