We were treated like VIP guests by all of the staff we came into contact with. They allowed our family to gather in the common area late two evenings. We were in town for a Rehearsal Dinner and a wedding and both events were over before bedtime so we enjoyed ourselves afterwards both in the common area dn the pool area. I want to give special attention to Liz, Michelle and Tonya for their Going Beyond Attitude to keep us happy. Everyone we had contact with was good, but we were able to spend more time talking to these three due to their attention to our needs. We will return there as we have a granddaughter living in Spring Hill. It's close enough we will choose your hotel for our visit in the future.
Front desk people were friendly and helpful, dining staff were WONDERFUL, food was great and the rooms were perfect! Just what we needed for three grandkids under 6 who were traveling with us for a two day drive!
