Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good, always an egg dish, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bagels etc. There is always coffee and hot water in the lobby as well as an urn of ice water. The staff is friendly and helpful. Close to great shopping.
The hotel was well situated for our visit; it was easily reached off both the Interstate and Detroit Rd. Check in and check out were easy. The room was nice, the bed comfortable. TV selections were better than in some hotels, but not extensive and the last night, the programs kept flickering on and off probably storms in the area. Breakfast was decent the hot items were good (we were hoping for bacon one of three mornings., the waffle iron worked. The juicer was out for all three mornings, however. The coffee was quite good, but the cup lids were a pain to put on and didn't always stay on some spillage (and the coffee was hot!). The people at the hotel were friendly, but to be honest, we didn't see them much (which was fine). The stay was pretty much what we needed and hoped for. We'd stayed there twice before and will again for similar occasions. Thanks. GL.

Great beds, roomy shower. Walls were thin enough to hear next door closing their shades (fortunately my sisters were in that room). I was supposed to have a sleeper sofa in my room I had a chair (comfortable, but not the same). Very helpful staff.
