Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and housekeeping comes every two days which is hard to get these days. The one thing I wish they had was a place to sit down outside while your waiting around and enjoying the outdoors. It's where we've met a lot of folks.
The hotel room was clean and modern looking, must have been recently updated. Bed/pillows comfortable, good stay all around!
I was in town for a concert in Cleveland Heights and didn't want to drive two hours home late at night, so I stayed at this hotel on a Saturday in early September. It was clean, comfortable and pleasant. I'd definitely stay here again!
