Diane checked us in. Professional articulate welcoming, for my family who had been traveling As we were checking in Nona was clocking in. As soon as we made it to our room and placed our bags on the bed and took a huge exhale and speaking of the spacious clean space we would lodge in for the next couple days — our peace was interrupted my running toddlers ( 15mins non stop) I placed a call to Nona at the front desk she came immediately, resented a solution of moving over one room to the right, so we would no long hear the noise above us. Room was also a suite and just as clean and lovely as the previous room. My family and left and returned about 11pm excited and ready to unwind for the evening. To our surprise, the noise that was above us before the room change was now beside us in the room we moved out of — you guessed it running kids. Placed a call Ashley answered the line, Nona came to the phone ( as her shift had ended and she was leaving ). She took a moment to update Ashley, Ashley went out of her way to ensure we were tucked into a suitable spot to ensure we have the fire thought experience! And Did.. Ashley was just as accommodating as Nona and Diane! Thank You Hampton.
