Everything was excellent. Staff was very courteous and helpful, the breakfast was had more variety than expected.
We enjoyed how clean it was! It smelled so good! AWESOME! The staff was wonderful!
The front desk lady could not have been nicer. Room was clean.
I stayed in room 414 and had an issue with the blinds not closing correctly. The light from the large street light was a bother but when the sun came up I had to go downstairs (due to no phone in room) and get maintenance to fix it. They did fix it. I ask the service desk for a late check out due to the issues I had and she told me late check out was for Black members only! SHE WAS VERY RUDE! I paid 180.00 for little to NO SLEEP do to STreet light in my window the sunlight in my window. Terrible I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
