Very quiet person at the desk was really nice.
We arrive after 6 pm hoping our room would be available. It was not ,we had to wait about 20 minutes The next two days we returned to a room only to find it was never cleaned or towels or toilet paper replaced.

When you give your location, you should also include I 270 Fishinger Cementary road. I went to wrong loacation. Your room needs a blanket in the room. Also your on line checkout doesn/t tell me what my bill was and I Looked a couple of times and still don't know what my charges were?????Of course no one was at checkout desk either.
