We had a family emergency at University Hospital in Columbia MO and we were able to get a last minute room at this hotel. Thank you. The room was nice. The bathroom needed some updating but was ok. The hot breakfast was amazing.

I was very disappointed that with my two night stay I did not get maid service after the first night. I expected my bed to be made and used towels picked up. Part of a hotel stay should include basic service every day.
