We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok. But what made our stay was Lisa. She was amazing. There to help us and gave us recommendations. She was so kind to us and our children. Anything we needed she was there. We would come back because of Lisa!
This place was very nice, nice and big room and everything was easy from check in to check out.

Asked for end of hall room bit were stuck in the middle of the hallway. Cable was out so no TV. Phone in room didn't work so everything we needed something, we had to walk to the front desk feom the 3rd floor. Asked for engineer to fix phone. Never showed. Breakfast was not healthy biscuits and gravy with limited options. Had to ask server for more creamer. Definitely won't be back!

From the staff, to the morning food choice and coffee, room with a very comfortable bed/bedding, tv, window/view, heating/thermostat, bathroom set up really well and excellent shower. I liked the bar soap and the overall lack of noise. This hotel was planned and completed really well. I changed my personal bed at home, based upon the hotel's bed. My stay at the Hampton Inn in Carson City was THE BEST!
