I needed an accessible room that would accommodate three adults. The available room did not have a pull out couch and the roll away beds were all taken. Ben looked for ways to make the room for us and he ended up asking the team to move a pull out couch into the room. It all worked out great for us and Ben's attention to customer service made our stay so much better! Hotel met expectations and Ben's extra effort improved on that.

The room was nice and extremely quiet.
Everything was comfortable. Food good. Greeted nicely.
