Food was good.
The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and noise minimal. Breakfast was typical of hotels who offer this service. Cereal, oatmeal, fruit, meat, eggs and fruit were offered. It was concerning that a large hole exposing a PVC pipe was exposed in the back yard designated for dog walking. I did not see the hole until I was upon it and tripped trying to avoid it. Fortunately, neither my dog nor myself fell in which would have been a disaster. I noticed the front desk clerk who was shown the hole. She was alarmed and said maintenance would be notified. the next morning it was still there. I again notified staff on the desk who said they would look into it. This was a dangerous situation and should have been taken care of immediately. Their lack of response was not acceptable.

Staff was great and helpful.
Called ahead by two hours while traveling. Website said one price, call gave a much higher one. Tired and sore, agreed to higher price only to find out the phone number was not Hotel, but expedia. They lied and said they were the hotel. Hotel manager explained my mistake to me and offered me her card for future reference..
Hotel front desk could have been more personal.
