We told the front desk the bedding smelled like BO….we found it out late at night, so I pulled the bedding off the bed that smelled. The front desk clerk was great and said they would change all the bedding not just that one part. We got back to the hotel at five pm and the bathroom had been cleaned but the stinky bedding was still on the floor and the beds were not made and the garbage was not emptied. We went to the front desk to let them know. They said the note to remove the bedding was on the Accout but housekeeping was gone and since the head of housekeeping was not on duty that day, the maid may not have been told. I said, the maid did not even make the beds up with the stinky bedding, it is still on the floor. The front desk clerk was great and moved us to a new room. Additionally, we usually stay at Hampton Inn, but the breakfast food at this location was below par.
No matter what time of day, everyone seemed genuinely glad you were there and enjoying yourself. Super helpful with recommendations about local events and food. Even in a busy intersection, surroundings were quiet and secure. Highly recommend this facility.
It was okay except boiler room I guess was over our room so it knocked all night, guest she know about the room and giving a discount.
