Many years ago we travelled between FL and NY every year and stayed at this hotel en route in both directions. Today, for the 1st time in more than a decade, we checked in here. Imagine our surprise to be greeted by Patricia, the SAME front desk lady! She remembered us! Everything at the hotel is the SAME, clean, welcoming, convenient and VERY comfortable! When I enquired about a nice restaurant, Patricia suggested the Mexican restaurant right next door. Under a new name, but the same excellent food and service. Thank you, Patricia, for another wonderful, restful stay!
Our room was quiet and the breakfast was good. We stay at this hotel a lot.
Night and morning staff were very friendly and accommodating. Answered all questions and were efficient and did everything with a smile.
Facing on vanity was partially gone. Tub needs to be resealed, tub wall tile needs to be repaired. Breakfast was not to par. Potatoes were cold, no orange juice. This is the first time we have ever been disappointed while staying at any Hampton Inn.

Room and beds were good.

Trash left under beds along with clothes.
Overall I was pleased no complaints.
I didn't use your "reservation" since your invasive website booked the incorrect date which I immediately cancelled. I will dispute any biling for this debacle!

Hotel is clean, beds comfortable and staff accommodating. Everything was just perfect.
This is the second time we stayed at this Hampton and found it to be very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was acceptable.
I enjoy my stay at Hampton Inn in Emporia. It was was very clean and comfortable. It location at state highway 58 and interstate 95 made it easy for me to get around. Their breakfast was very good.
Was affordable neat,clean and had direct tv, which is what we have at home.
