I need an accessible room. Overall it was good.However, the bathroomm would have been better with a roll in shower. Climbing over the tub edge was risky for me. Dual shower head was also a problem. I need a hand held shower head but the control to divert the shower hearty the hand held was out of reach. I'm 5'3". Service was good. Breakfast was outstanding. I've been in hotels across the country the past 45 days and the breakfast here was the best by far.

The front desk associate was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and fresh, bed and pillows very comfy! I had everything I needed.
Place was very clean, bed comfortable, breakfast good. The staff worker that morning did a great job and always with a smile.
Our stay at this hotel was like staying at a family friend’s house. Everything was very clean very well maintained, parking lot, lobby and our room. The staff was very friendly and pleasant and helpful. We’ll be back soon I’m sure, I grew up in Conneaut.
