Room was very clean,spacious, staff friendly.
Staff very friendly. The doors not working well was annoying. Pool was clean but really needs better ventilation.. Breakfast was a little disappointing, burned omelettes, biscuits hard. WHY would you only one flavored creamer? Water pressure was non existent, towel shelf came off the wall. So, yes .. very average.
Had a problem with my reservation. Hilton blamed the Hampton Inn. The hotel blamed Hilton. Neither would help. Just pointed fingers.
Rooms were accommodating Member complimentary bag was a big plus. Breakfast was good and service staff was friendly and kept food bays filled. Easy check-in.
