While there was an incident with the fire alarm going off because of someone doing something in a room, unlike my last visit at one of your hotels we did not have to exit and stand out in the cold for over an hour, like my stay at your other hotel in Clinton, New Jersey! And the staff at this hotel were apologetic and accommodating, as well as very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again in a lovely hotel with excellent staff.
They went above and beyond to help make our stay there as smooth as possible after my mother’s funeral. Kind and caring. Thank you.

During my three night stay my room was well taken care of. I received fresh linens without request, all employees friendly and the breakfasts extremely full filling.
