It's got all features which one expects. Location, cost, clean, tidy.
One of the employees that was cleaning and picking up trash was in the hallway as my husband went out with our luggage and my granddaughter's Matilda Jane duffle bag fell off the cart instead of the guy saying something he let my husband go right on by and he picked up the bag and put it in his garbage cart and covered it up so I had to go back in and tell the guy I needed that bag out of that cart and he pulled it out.
Love the stay. Employees were wonderful. Ms. Tina should be promoted! Professional, helpful and kind. Great location.

We plan to return to the Hampton Inn and Suites in Galveston after a very pleasant stay; the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable' location is good, breakfast choices were reasonable and overall we rate a four out of five.
