We have been staying at Hampton Inns as Hilton Honors members for over 25 years. Unfortunately, this time, we had to cancel our one night stay on 22June25 at your property in Hagerstown, Maryland due to family illness. However, I am sure, if we had stayed there, we would have been just as pleased as we have been for years at Hampton Inns all over the country. (BN).
The hotel was going through renovations but the services are all sufficient. Quiet, clean and very efficient room. Helpful staff.

Great hotel to break up a long drive from Maine to South Carolina. A crazy storm knocked out the power during the night. The staff went above and beyond to be sure we still had breakfast and were very friendly. We will stay again.
Breakfast, peoples services very friendly, l will come back next time. Constructions busy plus messy but am sure soon completely. It’s will be lovely I will be back from Florida to visit there 😁.
