All staff was helpful and welcoming and friendly. The hotel is comfortable, nicely maintained, beds are comfortable. Enjoy the breakfast and the 4hr time available. The Hampton Hotel is close to great restaurants, shopping and the lake! We enjoy staying here, it's a home away from home for us.
The staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful during our stay, especially the evening employee when we checked in on Friday. I wish I would have gotten his name.
Staff was very polite, the grounds were very well maintained, the room was perfect. Definitely worth the stay and would refer other people.

We had a great stay. Room was clean and excellent for my husband, who is disabled, and myself. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Best place we stayed our entire trip!
The room had a door that stuck and based on the scraped paint, it had been an unaddressed problem for some time. Light bulb in lamp next to bed was burned out so I had to remove one from another lamp. Evidently the only staff person on duty was front desk clerk and when she had to leave to address problems in the hotel, had to leave a sign saying she was elsewhere and would return when able, which of course meant anyone checking in had to wait until she returned. Many noisy college students on spring break, talking loudly, laughing and running up and down the halls until late hours. Would have been no use to call front desk because there was only one person on duty. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel. A real disappointment and not worth the $360 cost.
When booked I booked King or two Queens. I got two doubles. My guy is over 300 lbs and walks with a cane. When I got there I ask that the room would not require a bunch of walking. Even tho the elevator was close when we entered the room was in the middle of hotel. The girl was rude from the beginning We love Hampton but now are having second thoughts!
Our room was spotless, enjoyed our visit.
