I was placed in a quiet room on the forth floor, no pets, no feather pillows! Great food and service!
The bathroom toilet need to hold handle to flush till the end. Crack in shower walls. Rusty pipes.

We travelled to High Point on March 15th 2025 to visit family. When we walked in the first thing I noticed was the smell of fresh baked cookies. I made the comment to the receptionist and she confirmed that she had just finished baking some and was waiting for them to cool off so she could place them out, complimentary, mind you it was 4pm when we checked in. She was very professional and welcoming. We got to our room after checking in and I always inspect everything, habit because I was head of housekeeping at my recent job. The beds, floors and bathroom were very clean. No weird smells in the rooms. Very good location. The next morning for breakfast we chose roasted potatoes, sausage and omelette. Waffles for the kids and fresh fruit. Compliments to the chef on the potatoes and omelette. And a special thank you to Mrs. Lisa for the daily stash of fresh baked cookies. You made our stay feel like home!

I would like an extra shout out to the cleaning staff, they went far and beyond for me.
The room was very clean and the ladies at the front desk were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was very good 👍.
