Bed was incredibly hard but pillows were worse. Also between 11 pm and five am the smoke alarm went off 9 nine times. They came and took it off wall at five am. Because we paid through Expedia, we were told by unhelpful front desk that we could not get any kind of credit. Offered points but we don’t travel much. We were in town for funeral. Totally unacceptable for a brand like Hilton.
A comfortable stay. Nice place, friendly staff. The breakfast was good.
