The hotel staff and accommodations were splendid. They made my trip so enjoyable.
Enjoyed it there. Was close to everything and clean. Very nice people at the desk. Breakfast was good. Has a person there to help you book the different attraction's. That is very helpful.
Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Great having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

This hotel is so clean and the staff, especially Rose, was so friendly and accommodating. Everything was awesome. The breakfast is outstanding and the pool is great! We loved it and would definitely go again and recommend it to our friends and family.

We arrive only to find that our booking was done not by Hilton Hotel but by a scam company on the internet. Thanks to the manager Joel we were put at ease and made to feel welcome. Can’t say enough about Joel and his team here in Niagara Falls. Simply amazing!
