The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel is nicely renovated. However the shower was extremely slippery and I almost fell getting into it. Also the A/C unit was loud when it shut off which made it hard to sleep. I also wish they had firmer pillows, I ended up calling down to the front desk in order to get more pillows. For the price I don't think it was worth it for us.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was tasty. Thank you!
We had a bad experience with reservations so we have to post a low score. Their website to this hotel had wrong number that connected to a 3rd party that charged $50 more. Hotel would not work with this even though I had all the valid proof. Next morning I logged on to their site again and it showed that number was blocked. So it was indeed not legit and not a number I looked for like Expedia etc. it was an account in the end that no one had heard of.
Very nice room shower and lighting needs help.

I've never had a bad experience at Hampton Inn. Have stayed there many times. The one thing that we noticed this time was that there were no Bibles in either of the rooms. That was disconcerting to us although I'm sure it's a sign of the times. Also, the coffeepot in Room 309 was missing a part.
