Everything was very nice.
Staff was super nice but the humidity in hotel and rooms to be check.
The front staff at check in was so helpful. They were pleasant, they're friendly. Everyone had a great smile on their face made me feel so comfortable. I asked for a specific area of the hotel in a room in that area and they were more than happy to accommodate me with my request. The hotel lobby, was it a very clean I? Enjoyed the complimentary coffee bar and the breakfast. The next day, what anything you could have wanted. I was so thankful that I chose that Hampton Inn on Prudential drive to Stay Prior to my Hospital Surgery.
I will definitely use the Hampton at this location again. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in with Sharon was amazing!

The staff are all wonderful. The breakfast was very good. The only issues were low water pressure in the shower and the carpet in the room was very dirty. We requested a mat for inside the shower, but they didn't have any. No grab bars so not safe for 70+ year old women.
The young man on duty from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Saturday helped us to ease the grief of losing a loved one last weekend. You have two treasured employees in my eyes. Thank you for choosing great people.
The only thing is they need to make sure the shower curtain is clean and not have an odor.
