Very friendly staff and ready to help you anytime! Very clean room and you get a good nights rest because the beds are comfortable ( and at 64 years old and use to my sleep number bed) slept very well! I would rate it a 10!

We had reserved two rooms but needed 7 and school cc was declined for last five so I told person to cancel the two she hung up on me and did not so school had to pay for them and didn’t even use them.
This is the third time we’ve had the opportunity to stay at the Jonesboro Hampton Inn location. Each stay has been a positive experience. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. We appreciate the entire team.
