I've stayed at many Hamptons and always been great. I called to book this reservation and when I mentioned I have Triple A and AARP the person booking just say you can do that when you check in. It was late at night when I arrived and leaving early in the morning. The person behind the desk tried to be understanding and said I booked through a third party. That isn't what the person booking answered when specifically asked "is this is Hampton in Burbank"..the answer was yes. Finally got to my room and the bed looked like sheets were not even fresh. I was too tired to bother we anything so just went to sleep and left in the morning. Staff was nice and that should be mentioned.
