Hampton Inn Lancaster

Rooms were clean and quiet. Liz was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

From check in, we found room to be clean and in good working order. Bed was comfortable and room temperature perfect. Our breakfast buffet food was tasty. Food area was kept immaculate and sanitary. Every Hampton employee was polite and helpful. We thoroughly loved our stay at Hampton.

We are loyal Hilton guests and always choose to stay at the Hampton Inn Lancaster when visiting. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations. In advance, we requested an additional chair for our mobility accessible room, but it was missing upon arrival. The desk staff eventually found one, though it was in poor condition. The room also lacked a microwave and several electrical outlets and ports were nonfunctional. On the morning of our third day, we stopped by the front desk to request housekeeping, as we were out of fresh towels. However, upon our late night return, we found the room untouched and had to retrieve the generous tip we had left for housekeeping. The front desk did provide clean towels, but the lapse in service was disappointing. That said, the breakfast staff and offerings were, as always, excellent. Compared to the two other Hampton Inns we stayed at during our trip from Texas, Hampton Inn Lancaster barely met the standard we’ve come to expect.

We love Hilton! Hampton Inn Lancaster has been our go to hotel on multiple Lancaster visits. The breakfast service was excellent and the food staff is always friendly. Reception personnel were accommodating. We had asked in advance for a second chair to be added to our handicap room. No second chair on arrival. The one procured was almost, but not quite yet broken. Microwave missing. (the front desk eventually found one.) Multiple electrical outlets and ports in the room did not function. On the third day of our stay, We went out early in the morning, requesting room service at the front desk as we departed, since we needed towels and trash disposal. Left a generous tip, which we later retrieved upon our late return, since the room was untouched. The front desk found some towels with apologies. We're planning another visit in October. Should we be looking at the Holiday Inn across the street?.

Pool, staff and room was very nice. Room was comfortable.

We checked in late evening. The young lady at the check in counter was more than accommodating. She made us feel safe and comfortable. We were just passing through. Price was a bit steep with $129 in tax. The morning breakfast was delicious. I didn’t expect that.
