Customer Service upon check in was superior during both stays within last 30 days. Will definitely use this facility location again.
We stay at this hotel every three months for my daughter‘s doctors appointment. It’s close to the hospital and it’s always very nice. We stayed on the first floor this time first time ever. And for whatever reason the guest were loud on that floor, where we’ve never had an issue before and our toilet kept running. After every flush, I would have to open the bowl and jiggle the mechanism so the toilet would quit running constantly. I will continue to stay there every three months it’s always clean and the staff is always very nice.
