This was my third stay at this Hotel. I enjoy the cleanliness of the rooms, hallways, breakfast area and front lobby. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are quiet and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean, shower pressure is strong and water is always hot. The location is ideal for easy access to major highways, yet grounds are kept clean and hotel is quiet. I always feel safe during my stays.

This was my third stay at this Hotel. I enjoy the cleanliness of the rooms, hallways, breakfast area and front lobby. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. After multiple calls to confirm we could check in early, we were turned away. Told there was no money on our credit card? Had to spend the night at the Fairfield across the street. Checked in later the next day. Beds were hard. Seemed clean enough. Breakfast was some type of glutinous porridge and waffles. No fresh fruit. Overall, this was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Very disappointed with my check in process. I will never stay at another Hampton.
The team you have at this hotel. Was Exceptional from the desk, to the cleaning staff and management. I'm a US Army veteran who was in crisis. I wouldn't have made it through without the professionalism and compassion of your staff. I mean this from the bottom of my heart. May God bless that crew the management.
