Excellent hotel and staff! Our stay was wonderful and the hotel was super clean; the staff was so helpful and nice and the breakfast was great. I HIGHLY recommend and won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Lufkin!
The hotel was beautiful, the room lovely and immaculate. The staff we encountered was professional and friendly. The only drawback for me was the price. It was a little too much for a senior citizen.
We recently stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites, Lufkin and had a very nice room. It was clean and comfortable. The staff on duty were nice and welcoming. the only reason it's getting 4/5 stars is because it was hot in our room at night and the air conditioner did not cool the room enough even when we lowered the thermostat. I think the thermostat is just for looks. Otherwise, we enjoyed our staff and had a good breakfast the next morning.
