Was awakened about 2:30am by some loud guests. Not the hotel’s fault. Around 3am I went to the front desk with the room number of the very loud people. Clerk called security immediately. Security showed up within a couple of minutes. Noise ceased immediately. Problem solved. Breakfast was great. Loved the omelet and sausage. Comfortable bed. Friendly crew.
The front desk clerk Keisha was more than helpful and very kind. She made sure we had the kind of room we needed and helped us get settled in. The gal who prepared and served the ‘happy hour’ snacks was great also. The food was good and she made the atmosphere seem like a family gathering. Think her name was Sarah. This is an older property and in some ways shows its age. However, the room seemed clean and comfortable. We hope these two employees will be recognized for their excellent service. We are Hilton Honors members.

Good hotel. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Had everything you'd need. Buffet was kept full and clean. Room was quiet,bed was comfortable. I'll definitely stay again if I'm in that area.
