This hotel is fabulous! From the staff to the free breakfast in the morning, everything was exceptional! We would highly recommend this place and especially want to give a shout out to Ashley. She is phenomenal and great with the guests. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Very nice hotel a little loud on yhe weekend. Walking distance to Beale street. Friendly staff.
First off the hotel is expensive compared to surrounding and nicer hotels. This hotel is not being kept up, there are markes on all the walls and overall dirty. The service was okay but the folks working the front were not quality workers. This hotel charged me up front for my stay; CC was charged and they could not give me a receipt up front. Ill never go back to this hotel and I travel a lot for business. I think Hiltons overall have really lowered the bar and company expectations.

I read some negative reviews of this hotel online and the experience I had was definitely far from that. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff could not have been more informative, welcoming and attentive. The room was clean (As was the whole hotel), The breakfast was awesome with a large variety of foods and the good natured people at the front desk made the experience a positive stay. I would stay here again without even thinking twice.

Clean rooms, comfy beds. For all the money we paid for the suite you would have thought it would have came with a microwave included in the room, all it has was the refrigerator. Suite wasn't very spacious either.
I love it.
Our room had a broken shade and door stop in bathroom. Hotel could use some paint and updating. We wanted to sit in the lobby with friends and it was closed due to cleaning. Cleaning should be done at another time. Front desk staff were friendly.
